The role involves essential duties such as answering phones professionally, coordinating appointments, and assisting with family outings, highlighting the importance of interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Job Requirements

  • Willingness to take 2-step TB test
  • ability to communicate professionally on phone and in person
  • prior experience with customer service roles preferred
  • ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a receptionist, concierge, or in a supervisory role preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct visitors, families, residents, and employees to the right person or place and provide exceptional customer service
  • answer all phone calls in a professional manner and handle the front desk and all assigned duties
  • coordinate medical appointments and family outings with care and nursing staff
  • support the smooth operation for the marketing department and office manager
  • have in depth familiarity with the community layout and employees’ responsibilities
