Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
  • Greet every call with a warm and friendly tone, providing prompt assistance
  • Deliver exceptional business and concierge services to members and guests
  • Inform members and guests about club services, amenities, upcoming events, and room locations
  • Assist with member communications including social media efforts, newsletters, and event announcements
  • Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement and retention
  • Manage reservations for club programs, dining, and services
  • Conduct proactive phone calls to confirm member reservations
  • Oversee the reservation process ensuring accurate bookings and timely confirmations
  • Promote upcoming events and assist in event registration and follow-ups
  • Contribute to member experience initiatives like website calendar updates
  • Ensure all member interactions are documented in the M360 system
  • Create and update events on the MemberFirst platform
  • Prepare personalized welcome tents, birthday, and anniversary cards
  • Maintain up-to-date member profiles
  • Communicate members’ allergies or dietary restrictions to the restaurant team
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and work areas
  • Ensure supplies are well-stocked
  • Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned
  • Follow company policies and maintain professionalism
  • Follow safe working practices
  • Take initiative in personal and professional growth
  • Address and resolve challenges using available resources
  • Attend daily briefings and engage in required activities
