We are currently seeking a highly professional Concierge to join our team. The Concierge acts as the visible point of contact, serving as the welcoming face of the enterprise to guests and residents. This is a pivotal role within the property, as the Concierge is responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for all visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility. The position requires a knowledgeable individual who is familiar with the local area and its transportation options such as bus, train, and subway schedules. As the Concierge, you will assist guests with a variety of tasks including receiving packages, coordinating dry cleaning, and providing accurate directions.
The role demands exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be responsible for managing the flow of information between residents, property management, vendors, and technicians. You will maintain meticulous records of building access items and ensure strict adherence to protocols regarding master keys and security. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in concierge or customer service roles preferred
- Strong familiarity with local area and public transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency

Job Duties
- Welcomes guests/new customers to facility
- Performs various administrative/managerial tasks in support of facility's mission
- Creates a positive experience for guests by attending to needs and answering questions
- Treat every interaction as impactful to company reputation
- Greet residents and guests politely, using their names if possible
- Open doors and assist residents with carrying items
- Respect and accommodate resident requests or complaints
- Research solutions for resident inquiries and follow up
- Maintain communication logs and send reports to property management
- Keep records of all keys, fobs, parking tags, and remotes
- Secure master keys on premises
- Coordinate onsite activities among departments, contractors, and residents
- Respond to all correspondence within 24 hours
- Dress in presentable, professional attire
- Stay punctual and present during entire shifts
- Use work time and materials properly
- Use company laptop for business purposes only
- Display 'away' sign when away from desk
