The Concierge role at NAI Ohio Equities is a vital position that serves as the first point of contact for tenants, guests, clients, and vendors within the property. This position requires a versatile individual who can manage multiple responsibilities such as visitor check-ins, phone inquiries, coordination of deliveries, and handling vendor arrivals. The Concierge maintains important building logs and visitor records, ensuring that safety and security protocols are followed. In addition, the Concierge works closely with the Property Management and Maintenance teams to support the smooth functioning of the property. This role is well-suited for individuals with prior experience in hospitality, customer service, receptionist duties, or property management, who possess strong organizational skills and a customer-service mindset.
