Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a concierge or front desk role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Professional demeanor and appearance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve as the initial point of contact, warmly greeting and assisting visitors, employees, and guests
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and oversee setup and breakdown for events
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Address and resolve issues related to building services, such as janitorial tasks, mailroom operations, copier services, parking, and badging
  • Act as an information resource for the campus, building, or area, providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and a high level of service
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Support administrative tasks, including scanning documents and managing transportation arrangements
  • Assist in maintaining quality assurance standards for all concierge services
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs
