The Concierge position at Planned Companies is pivotal in delivering these superior lifestyle services. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $29.00 per hour and requires a commitment to working Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The Concierge acts as the frontline representative, greeting tenants, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism. This role extends beyond basic reception duties and involves developing meaningful relationships with tenants to tailor concierge services that meet their unique needs and preferences.
In this role, the Concierge is responsible for scheduling reservations at local restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues, as well as planning and organizing on-site events. The role demands a high level of local knowledge and resourcefulness to provide tenants with informed recommendations on entertainment, dining, shopping, and various local attractions. Security is also an integral part of the position, including documenting and securing mail and deliveries, monitoring lobby areas, and managing keys and access cards.
Candidates for this role should possess at least three years of customer service experience and exhibit a genuine passion for delivering a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone they encounter. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, alongside basic computer proficiency. The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a polite and confident demeanor is critical in this fast-paced environment. Job Duties
- Greet announce and provide direction to tenants guests and vendors upon entering the building
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized and unique experiences based on their personalities lifestyles needs and expectations including scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants businesses hotels and entertainment venues
- Plan and organize on-site events
- Provide direction referrals and help access local entertainment dining retail shopping sporting events tourist attractions and car services
- Document secure and track mail deliveries and vendor services at designated areas
- Answer telephones monitor lobby as well as maintain and control keys and access cards
