Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience (senior living or long-term care preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively and sensitively with diverse populations
- NYS Security Guard license preferred
Job Duties
- Greet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and hospitality
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
- Coordinate non-clinical resident services such as meal delivery, appointment reminders, and activity sign-ups
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
- Provide facility information, directions, and event updates
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and visitor logs
- Assist with admissions, discharges, welcome packets, and resident orientation
- Maintain confidentiality and security in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
