Job Requirements
- previous concierge experience
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to multitask
- flexible schedule including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand or walk up to 8 hours per shift
- proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office suite
- valid work authorization for the U.S.

- great knowledge of surrounding areas and local attractions

Job Duties
- accommodating guest requests
- processing packages, faxes, messages, emails, and mail
- assisting in other guest service areas including the front desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
- planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay
- providing exceptional above and beyond service
