In this setting, the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a dedicated Concierge (Part Time) to join their team. The Concierge role is pivotal to ensuring guests receive personalized, attentive, and above-and-beyond service during their stay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to a diverse range of guest requests with precision and warmth, offering expert recommendations, and supporting all guest service operations to enhance the overall experience. The Concierge will handle a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including accommodating guest requests, processing packages and messaging services, and assisting with front desk and front drive activities. Planning and organizing guest itineraries is a key function, emphasizing the importance of personalized service and attention to detail. The role demands a flexible schedule, with shift times that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to stand or walk up to 8 hours per shift and possess proficiency in computer applications such as the Microsoft Office suite and proprietary systems.
