The Concierge position at Atria Senior Living plays a crucial role in maintaining the community's exceptional customer service standards. This role acts as the primary point of contact for resident requests and inquiries, excluding emergency calls, helping to facilitate a smooth and comfortable experience for all residents. The Concierge coordinates various services such as grocery and drug store deliveries, dry cleaning, beauty services, transportation, and entertainment reservations. They are responsible for liaising between residents, family members, and different departments to ensure residents' needs are promptly met and high satisfaction levels are maintained. Additionally, the Concierge oversees the cleanliness and welcoming nature of common areas, coordinates transportation schedules, and assists in managing dining room guest reservations and community events. The position may also involve supervising front desk reception staff and drivers, providing coverage for related roles, and occasionally driving company vehicles for social outings. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude to uphold Atria's reputation for outstanding resident services. Job Requirements

  • one to three years related experience or training

Job Duties

  • Serve as point of contact for resident requests and telephone calls excluding emergencies
  • coordinate services for residents and family members including dry cleaning, grocery and drug deliveries, beauty and entertainment reservations, and transportation
  • maintain high customer service standards by meeting new residents and tracking concerns
  • answer questions about local attractions and services
  • ensure lobby and first-floor common areas are clean and welcoming, manage background music and floral arrangements
  • coordinate community transportation schedules and appointments while providing reminders
  • act as liaison between dining room and residents by managing guest meal reservations and event RSVPs
  • supervise front desk staff and drivers as needed
  • provide coverage for security, door attendant, and receptionist roles
  • drive company vehicle to social and other destinations if required
  • perform additional duties as assigned
