Job Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day
- have excellent customer service skills
- six months to one year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- senior living experience a plus
- hotel experience a plus
- basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
- assist residents with requests as needed
- answer incoming calls
- maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
- respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
