Job Requirements

  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • have excellent customer service skills
  • six months to one year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • senior living experience a plus
  • hotel experience a plus
  • basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology including Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
  • assist residents with requests as needed
  • answer incoming calls
  • maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
  • respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
