Job Requirements
- Must be able to sit or stand for at least 8 hours and be able to maneuver at least 35 pounds
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- One year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities and services
- Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions
- Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment options
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and lobby area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
