We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Concierge to join our dedicated team at Auberge du Soleil. This role is pivotal in enhancing the guest experience by addressing inquiries, making reservations, and providing insightful recommendations that enrich each guest's visit. The Concierge must possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The position requires greeting guests upon arrival, sharing information about the hotel's amenities and services, and assisting with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions. Additionally, the Concierge offers personalized advice on dining, shopping, and entertainment options, promptly addresses and resolves any guest issues or concerns, and maintains an organized concierge desk and lobby area. This role also involves collaborating closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. The wage range for this position is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, reflecting the specialized skills and responsibilities involved. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to sit or stand for at least 8 hours and be able to maneuver at least 35 pounds
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • One year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
