Job Description

Cascade Living is a dedicated senior living provider committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals within the communities they serve. With a focus on promoting wellness and purposeful living, Cascade Living distinguishes itself through its culture of care that benefits both residents and employees. The organization’s motto, "The Difference Between Living and Living Well," reflects a deep commitment to creating positive and supportive environments where seniors and staff alike can thrive. Cascade Living operates several communities, including Regency Park, an assisted living and memory care facility located in the Portland Metro and broader Pacific Northwest region. Regency Park is renowned for its compassionate services tailored to residents and families, backed by a team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality care and support services.

As part of the Cascade Living family, Regency Park seeks a Concierge to join their team in a key role that directly impacts the residents’ experience and community culture. This part-time position requires availability on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, as well as weekend availability, emphasizing the organization's commitment to meeting resident needs at all times. The hourly wage for this role ranges from $17.00 to $19.00, depending on experience, making it a competitive offer within the industry.

The Concierge at Regency Park is more than just a greeter; this role serves as an ambassador for the community, facilitating connections between residents, families, staff, and visitors. The Concierge helps to build and maintain the welcoming atmosphere that defines the community, providing exceptional customer service and coordinated support across departments. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting in managing scheduled tours with sales, handling incoming calls and messages, and managing vital administrative tasks such as payroll processing and record maintenance. The Concierge ensures that resident and employee records comply with company standards and state regulations, reflecting the vital organizational role this position plays.

Moreover, the Concierge supports financial operations by processing accounts receivable and payable, maintaining marketing materials to support visitor engagement, and upholding Cascade Living’s mission and values throughout daily interactions. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and possesses strong communication skills, thriving in a busy, resident-focused environment. A reliable, professional demeanor combined with sound judgment and problem-solving skills is essential to effectively manage competing priorities and interruptions.

Working at Cascade Living offers a rich blend of career pathways and benefits designed to support staff growth and well-being. Employees can expect competitive wages, health insurance for eligible candidates, a 401k plan with company match, and access to voluntary benefits such as disability, accident, and life insurance. Additional perks include payroll advances on earned wages, a discount program, generous paid time off, education assistance, and longevity bonuses. Cascade Living fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace culture and is committed to equal opportunity employment that respects individuals’ unique backgrounds and experiences. The company also ensures accessibility in its hiring process and provides accommodations as needed.

In summary, the Concierge role at Regency Park offers an opportunity to work within a respected senior living community that prioritizes wellness, compassion, and quality service.
