This part-time position offers 28 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, including 2 to 3 evening shifts that end at 9pm. The role involves operating a company vehicle to transport residents to and from appointments and scheduled community activities, providing critical business office services with an emphasis on compassionate, caring, and professional interaction. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for residents, handling community oversight, emergency response, and follow-up on building issues. Responsibilities also include greeting visitors, managing telephone communications, assisting with administrative support to the Executive Director and Business Office Manager, and performing general office and maintenance-related tasks. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working closely with older adults, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a warm, positive attitude.
