The Concierge role at Concord Reserve, located at 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, Ohio, is a vital position within this respected not-for-profit senior living community. - Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- CPR/ First Aid certification

Job Duties
- Communicate safety and security procedures throughout the campus
- Investigate safety and security incidents on campus property
- Report all accidents or incidents involving residents or staff to the Department Head
- Monitor fire and medical alarms
- Handle general administrative duties for Independent Living area
- Conduct resident surveys, organize responses and make recommendations for improvements
- Staff and demonstrate full knowledge of Concierge desk operations
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and visitors
- Perform wellness check rounds of all occupied apartments
- Perform other duties as assigned
