The role being offered is a Concierge position focused on delivering outstanding service to both property residents and their visitors. The Concierge acts as the welcoming face of the building, managing the entrance and monitoring traffic flow to ensure security and a friendly atmosphere. This position requires delivering high-level customer service by greeting residents warmly, handling service requests, and managing inquiries related to local events and amenities. The Concierge is responsible for maintaining up-to-date information about city events and services and helping residents make reservations for dining, theater, and local recreational activities. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with service contractors to ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly and assisting residents with their packages. The Concierge will also organize social and recreational programs such as movies and game nights to enhance community engagement and foster a lively atmosphere for all residents. Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of required experience concierge or hospitality

Job Duties
