Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking part-time Concessions Supervisors to join their team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. This venue is a premier sports and entertainment arena, home to the NHL's Detroit Red Wings and the NBA's Detroit Pistons. Opened in 2017, it features state-of-the-art facilities and hosts a variety of events that require skilled and enthusiastic staff to ensure a memorable guest experience.

As a Concessions Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading the concessions team to deliver exceptional service to guests. Your leadership will ensure high standards of food quality, service, and compliance with all operational procedures. This position involves managing team members during shifts, assigning duties, assisting with training, and resolving any customer complaints efficiently. In addition, you will oversee inventory management by monitoring food levels and placing orders as needed, contributing to smooth operations during fast-paced events. You will also participate in opening and closing procedures of concession stands, assist guests directly, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties if necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally

  • No college degree required

Job Duties

  • Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Monitor food levels and order product from our warehouse as needed
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of concession stands in an assigned area
  • Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
