Delaware North Sportservice at Climate Pledge Arena is currently seeking part-time Concessions Supervisors to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of concessions by leading and managing front-line staff to provide excellent guest service. As a Concessions Supervisor, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Job Requirements
- Experience working in a restaurant
- at least two years of supervisory experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- physical capability to reach, twist, bend, squat, push, pull, and lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work outdoors in variable temperatures
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and events
- must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision

- Experience working in a restaurant
- at least two years of supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assign duties to scheduled staff
- perform some service tasks such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties when necessary
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety
- assist Concessions Manager with staff training and compliance
- monitor daily and hourly cleaning
- manage labor and profit loss
- ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- ensure associates are kept informed of any changes in policies or events
- other duties as assigned
