The Concessions Supervisor role at Legends Global is a vital position responsible for supporting concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations during events. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $24 per hour. The position requires a hands-on leader who can efficiently manage event day staff and directly interact with customers to ensure smooth and enjoyable service delivery.
Key responsibilities include assisting with staffing, scheduling, and training of event personnel, maintaining strict control over high-volume food and beverage inventories, and enforcing standards for quality, sanitation, and service. The role demands a detail-oriented professional adept at managing cash and alcohol handling procedures according to corporate policies. Supervisors must be capable of conducting physical audits of inventory, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with state and city health requirements related to food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, open-air environment, ready to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks
- Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- Must be able to work fluently in English

Job Duties
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff
- Directly manage event day staff while having direct interaction with customers
- Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory
- Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures
- Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality
- Ensure all cash/alcohol handling procedures are documented and enforced
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations
