The Concessions Supervisor role at Sodexo, based at Hard Rock Stadium, is an exciting part-time position offering a competitive pay range of $16 to $18 per hour. This role is integral to the smooth and efficient operation of concessions during event-based activities. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and autonomous retail concepts, ensuring that guest services run seamlessly and meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance. Working within fast-paced, high-volume event settings, the Concessions Supervisor will provide onsite leadership, balancing staffing needs, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

This position requires close collaboration with frontline teams to maintain speed of service and to resolve any issues promptly, fostering a positive and enjoyable guest experience. The supervisor is also charged with conducting pre-shift meetings to align menus, assignments, and service expectations, supporting the onboarding and training of new staff members, and adapting to the dynamic needs of various events. The role demands physical stamina to handle lifting and moving of concession-related materials while demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
