Levy is currently seeking to hire a Concessions Prep Cook for its 310 Provisions team located at Intuit Dome. This role reports directly to Culinary Management and is tasked with supervising food-service associates, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and quality food standards consistent with federal, state, and corporate policies.
The Concessions Prep Cook plays a critical role in maintaining Levy's high standards for food preparation and customer service. Responsibilities include preparing food items according to established recipes and portions, following daily production schedules, maintaining proper storage and labeling of food items, and complying with HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety. Additionally, this role involves direct engagement with customers, preparing food items requiring short preparation times, and resolving any customer concerns to provide an excellent dining experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Previous foodservice experience preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
- Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes
- Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- Taste completed meals to ensure quality
- Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use
- Store, label and date all food items according to policy
- Follow HACCP guidelines
- Complete all required documentation, reports, logs as required
- Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
- Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time
- Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner
- Complete orders from steam tables and grills and serve customers at multiple stations
- Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
- Resolve customer concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
