The Concessions Manager at Aramark plays a critical leadership role responsible for developing and implementing innovative dining solutions tailored to meet customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements

Food service experience of 2-3 years
Food service management experience of 2-3 years
Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain client and customer rapport
Customer service skills aligned with Aramark's service model
Ability to collaborate with other departments
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk frequently
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

At least 2-3 years of food service experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in a food service management role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
Capability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently throughout the facility
Availability to work a flexible event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
