The Concessions Manager at Aramark plays a critical leadership role responsible for developing and implementing innovative dining solutions tailored to meet customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements

  • Food service experience of 2-3 years
  • Food service management experience of 2-3 years
  • Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain client and customer rapport
  • Customer service skills aligned with Aramark's service model
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently
  • Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of food service experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently throughout the facility
  • Availability to work a flexible event-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
  • Supervise team regarding production, quality and control
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
  • Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations including those relating to safety, health, wage and hour
  • Plan, direct and coordinate food service activities to deliver finished product to customers
