The role of Concessions Manager at Legends Global is integral to maintaining the brand’s high standards in guest experiences, operational performance, safety, and financial outcomes. This position is designed for an experienced food and beverage leader who excels in driving operational excellence, managing teams, and ensuring superior service delivery. The Concessions Manager’s primary responsibility lies in overseeing all concession areas within client venues, guaranteeing everything from menu knowledge and product availability to safety and sanitation are managed meticulously. The ideal candidate will execute strategic planning for staffing, inventory, and promotions, while fostering strong client and guest relationships through top-tier service. This role requires a hands-on leader adept at managing daily operational details, training staff on POS systems, and enforcing responsible alcohol service to ensure compliance with safety standards. As a manager, this individual also shoulders the responsibility for hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating employees to build a cohesive and motivated team. The Concessions Manager will be based on-site at Sutter Health Park in West Sacramento, CA, ensuring direct leadership and oversight at the venue with a primary focus on delivering outstanding concession services.

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
- high level of computer literacy
- understanding of financial concepts
- passion for hospitality, food, and retail

Job Duties
- understands all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing
- ensure all concession areas have proper displays
- executes all safety and sanitation standards
- provides operational planning to ensure appropriate scheduling levels are met, as well as products ordered to service each concession event
- builds and maintains respectful relationships with clients and guests
- responds and assists in any departmental guest service issues
- executes all menus, promotions as outlined by the Director of Operations/Director of Concession
- follows and enforces responsible alcohol service policies
- effectively verifies all opening and closing inventories
- ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing
- ensures assigned areas are fully stocked and are ready for operation
- ensures on-site training of the current POS system and concession equipment
- other responsibilities, as needed
