The Concessions Supervisor role at Aramark is integral to the success of the food service operations in various locations, tailored to meet client requirements and business needs. This position involves the supervisory oversight or delegation of critical responsibilities such as managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, supervising food preparation processes, and maintaining strict compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will schedule and assign daily tasks to the food service team, ensuring duties are completed efficiently while training staff to adhere to company standards in food safety, sanitation, and customer interaction. Your hands-on approach will involve preparing food items using standardized recipes, properly storing food according to safety guidelines, and setting up and cleaning workstations to uphold hygiene and operational efficiency.

Job Duties
- Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
- trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
- prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
- breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations
- serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs
- replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including accurate food safety and sanitation
- ensures security of company assets
