The seasonal Bartender role at Delaware North’s Busch Stadium location offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the game day action in a lively, fast-paced environment. This position focuses on serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while ensuring excellent guest service at every turn. As a Bartender, you will directly contribute to fans' overall enjoyment by quickly and accurately fulfilling drink orders, mixing beverages according to company-standardized recipes, and adhering to all alcohol service policies. You will be expected to handle cash and credit card payments efficiently, maintain up-to-date sales and inventory records, and manage bar stock by ordering supplies to meet demand. The role requires constant interaction with guests and team members during busy sports events and occasions like holidays and weekends.

This is a tipped position offering a minimum hourly pay of $10.23, with additional earnings possible through gratuities.
