Compounding Technician II (2:00pm - 10:30pm)

The role demands a high degree of attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively, helping to meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by minimizing errors and deviations and efficiently handling any corrections.

Employees are expected to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and the manufacturing schedule, ensuring quality and consistency within every batch produced. Additionally, the role involves inventory control duties by accurately documenting components and materials used during production. The position includes completing a high-level gowning and media fill qualification to guarantee compliance with aseptic process requirements. Training will be provided to assist the candidate in independently carrying out compounding activities, ensuring they become proficient in the specialized tasks required. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods—up to six hours per shift—and the ability to lift and handle product materials safely during the job. Flexibility to take on additional duties as directed by supervisors is also expected.
