Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of food and beverage management experience
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of up to 30 staff
  • Commitment to high standards of guest service and operational excellence
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of food and beverage management experience
  • Previous hotel and union experience preferred
  • Fine dining experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrate alignment with Hilton's core values
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all outlet operations including guest service standards and initiatives
  • Ensure product quality, cost control and overall profitability
  • Implement marketing initiatives and manage budget forecasting
  • Supervise and develop team member performance including training and evaluations
  • Monitor and improve product, service, and satisfaction trends
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards
  • Recruit, interview and train team members
