Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years experience as a hotel general manager or similar senior role
- demonstrated success leading hotel operations with $20M+ annual revenue
- experience managing labor relations and union partnerships
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
Job Qualifications
- 2 years hotel general manager experience with operations leadership in a property with minimum $20M annual revenue or greater and 200+ rooms
- experience managing labor relations and union partnerships
- skilled in building strong relationships with ownership groups
- proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a talented team
- local Boston hotel experience preferred
- familiarity with Hilton brand standards and values
Job Duties
- lead all aspects of hotel operations including rooms, food & beverage, and sales
- drive exceptional guest experience and high levels of guest satisfaction
- oversee financial performance to meet and exceed budget targets
- build and maintain strong relationships with ownership and key stakeholders
- foster a high-performing, service-oriented, engaged team culture
- manage labor relations and union partnerships effectively
- develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property performance
