The role demands a comprehensive understanding of hotel finance management, including expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial forecasting. This position entails overseeing general ledger accounts reconciliation, guiding team members in resolving discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, controlling budgets and inventory, supervising payroll functions, and maintaining financial records and transactions. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 2 to 3 years of hotel finance management experience
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and payroll
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience with budgeting and forecasting preferred
