Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to stand and move for long periods
positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Job Duties

ensure all tables are clean and properly set
assist the food runner when necessary
work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers
assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
learn to operate the Host Stand
be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
accurately answer any guest questions
perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
process all payment methods
maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
perform other duties as assigned
