Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work early mornings weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and set up the daily breakfast bar according to brand standards including brewing coffee setting out food and beverage items and stocking necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area kitchen and storage areas including detailed cleaning of equipment and surfaces
- Ensure food safety by properly handling and storing all food items adhering to health and safety regulations
- Monitor food inventory levels restocking items as needed and communicating inventory needs to management
- Interact with guests in a friendly courteous manner responding to questions and providing assistance to ensure a positive breakfast experience
- Manage the breakfast area independently maintaining a clean well-stocked and welcoming environment throughout service hours
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations
