Job Description
Let's Go Wireless is an established and authorized retailer for AT&T, serving the vibrant Miami-Dade and Broward County markets. The company prides itself on delivering high-quality wireless services and solutions to its customers by leveraging strong relationships with the local community and an in-depth understanding of AT&T's extensive product and service offerings. As an authorized retailer, Let's Go Wireless is committed to enhancing customer experiences by providing personalized sales and support in a dynamic and rapidly evolving telecommunications environment. Their focus on community engagement and business development has positioned them as a trusted partner in the telecommunications industry within their service areas.
This exciting full-time position is a unique hands-on launch-and-lead role that involves building, managing, and scaling Let’s Go Wireless’ outside-sales and community-events channel starting from the ground up. Sales professionals with specific experience in AT&T products, services, and the OPUS system are highly sought after for this role. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of AT&T’s portfolio, including Voice Activations, upgrades, fiber internet, DIRECTV, and accessories, to develop a robust pipeline of partnerships and event opportunities across Miami-Dade County with possible travel to Broward County. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, as it requires independently creating a territory plan targeting business communities, property managers, employers, and community organizations to foster recurring sales events and generate strong lead flow.
The role begins with the individual serving as a high-performing contributor who directly drives sales and builds productive partnerships. The hired manager is expected to execute and staff impactful sales events, coordinate transactions with retail locations, and accurately track event data, sales results, and partner performance. Building a repeatable and scalable operating process is key, enabling the eventual hiring, training, and leadership of a small team of sales associates. Success in this role is measured by securing qualified partnerships, managing effective events that result in sales and revenue growth, and the establishment of a sustainable sales channel with consistent performance metrics.
Compensation for this hands-on role includes a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 annually, complemented by uncapped commission opportunities and performance bonuses. First-year earnings can exceed $100,000 based on sales success and event productivity. Benefits include reimbursement for business mileage and expenses, health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid time off, employee discounts, and company-provided tools and apparel essential for the job. Weekend and flexible event-based scheduling is required, reflecting the dynamic nature of community events and sales efforts. Join Let’s Go Wireless to play a pivotal role in expanding a key sales channel and shaping the company’s future growth while capitalizing on an established AT&T partnership.
