Job Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 3 years residential community management experience
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Ability to create and manage budgets
- Excellent communication skills and customer service dedication
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to remain seated or walk for up to 8 hours and climb stairs
- Proficient with computer, telephone, and office equipment
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 3 years of residential community management experience
- Experience leading, developing, and managing teams
- Proficiency in creating and managing budgets and increasing community NOI
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Onesite, Ops Technology, YieldStar, Lead2Lease, and Compliance Depot preferred
Job Duties
- Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets
- Lead and direct all business functions, sales, marketing, and customer service for the community
- Hire, develop, and motivate your team, fostering high levels of engagement and continued growth and development
- Oversee the overall performance of the community and the well-being of residents
