The company’s portfolio includes a broad spectrum of apartment communities designed to meet the needs of diverse residents, ranging from young professionals to families and retirees. With a strong emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and resident satisfaction, Continental Properties continues to set high standards in property management and development.

Positioned within this dynamic company is the role of Community Manager for the Springs at Posner Park residential apartment community located in Davenport, Florida. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, complemented by additional earning potential through performance-based incentives such as leasing and resident renewal programs, as well as a lucrative quarterly CNOI bonus. As an experienced bilingual Community Manager fluent in both Spanish and English, you will be a pivotal business leader responsible for the successful operations of this vibrant residential community.

The Community Manager role is integral to the overall health and success of the apartment community, focusing on delivering an exceptional living experience for residents, fostering a productive and positive workplace for the team, and driving overall community performance. Reporting directly to the Regional Director/Vice President, the Community Manager leads all facets of community management including overseeing operating budgets, managing sales and marketing efforts, enhancing customer service quality, and leading a team of employees to achieve high engagement and professional growth.

This position demands a candidate with a strong background in residential community management, at least three years of relevant experience, and a deep understanding of financial and operational strategies that increase a community’s net operating income. Familiarity with property management software and tools such as Onesite, Ops Technology, YieldStar, Lead2Lease, and Compliance Depot is highly preferred. The Community Manager must also be adept at handling the physical demands of the role, including working a non-traditional schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, walking the community extensively in various weather conditions, climbing stairs where necessary, and proficiently utilizing office technology to perform daily duties.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills paired with an unparalleled dedication to customer service, ensuring that residents feel valued and supported. Leadership skills are equally important, as you will be required to hire, develop, and motivate a diverse team to maintain high performance and continuous development.

Working at Continental Properties means more than just managing a community - it is about cultivating a culture of innovation, inclusion, and support. The company offers robust career growth opportunities, emphasizing professional development through training, paid memberships, certifications, and tuition reimbursement. Employees enjoy a comprehensive mental health and wellness program, generous paid time off, numerous company-paid holidays, and a vibrant social culture that promotes community and connection. Commitment to diversity and inclusion is a core value, with initiatives designed to ensure every team member feels a true sense of belonging.

Through performance incentives and industry-leading benefits such as medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with company match, and life and disability insurance, Continental Properties exemplifies its investment in employee success and well-being. Family support through paid parental leave and fertility resources further enhances the supportive environment.
