The company offers competitive compensation, including an estimated annual salary range between $79,980 and $89,440, alongside comprehensive benefits such as paid time off, paid holidays, sick days, volunteer time off, matched 401(k) plans, and medical, dental, and vision insurance. Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws and prioritizes workplace safety, customer service excellence, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including fair housing laws.
