Job Description

Core Spaces (Core) is a dynamic and innovative real estate investment manager that goes beyond traditional property management to focus deeply on people and community building. Established in 2010, Core specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of student housing and build-to-rent (BTR) residential communities across high-growth metropolitan areas in the United States. Core’s portfolio boasts more than 74,440 student housing beds under ownership or management, with an additional pipeline of over 53,860 beds in development. Similarly, the BTR division includes over 3,000 homes that are either in development, currently leasing, or in the pipeline. Core’s communities are distinguished by world-class amenities, progressive architectural design, and hospitality-driven service that collectively redefine modern living experiences.

At Core, the company culture is paramount, inspiring innovation, collaboration, and a relentless commitment to improving resident experiences. Their six core cultural values are central to every team member’s daily operations – PUSH (Invent Better Places to Live), GRIT (We Got This), LIFT (Help Each Other Win), SHINE (Bring Your Full Self), UPHOLD (Never Break Trust), and GROW (Always Get Better). These values shape the work environment, fostering a workplace where individuals are empowered to contribute openly, build trusting relationships, and continuously enhance their skills.

The role of Community Concierge is integral to Core’s commitment to pioneering exceptional living environments by ensuring smooth, efficient operations and vibrant community engagement in the leasing office. As a key on-site presence, the Community Concierge is responsible for conducting prospect tours, handling timely follow-ups, assisting with outreach and marketing efforts, promoting resident retention initiatives, and managing overnight on-call duties. This position demands flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and potential overtime, to meet the diverse needs of the community.

In addition to core operational duties, the Community Concierge helps maintain brand standards for Lifestyle by Core, creates marketing and social media content using tools such as Canva, and represents the community at student organizations and sponsored events. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence as the Concierge interacts frequently with prospective and current residents. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about real estate, customer relations, and community building to grow within a forward-thinking company that prioritizes both people and innovation.
