Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum one year of related experience preferred
- Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office
- Physical ability to walk property and handle packages and deliveries
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work the 3pm to 11pm shift
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated patience and professionalism in handling difficult situations
- Organizational skills to manage packages and maintenance workflows
Job Duties
- Monitor front desk traffic and provide exceptional customer service
- Act as a primary point of contact for residents and prospective tenants
