Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum one year of related experience preferred
  • Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office
  • Physical ability to walk property and handle packages and deliveries
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work the 3pm to 11pm shift
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated patience and professionalism in handling difficult situations
  • Organizational skills to manage packages and maintenance workflows

Job Duties

  • Monitor front desk traffic and provide exceptional customer service
  • Act as a primary point of contact for residents and prospective tenants
  • Coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes
  • Implement programs aimed at enhancing resident satisfaction
  • Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and resident packages
  • Maintain organized records of maintenance requests and escalate issues appropriately
  • Ensure company customer service standards are met consistently
