Job Requirements
- must be enrolled at a local university and be in good academic standing
- must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- must live onsite unless an exception has been granted by a Director of Operations or Senior Director of Operations
- must commit to working mandatory move-in and move-out dates
- ability to work mandatory on-call shifts for after-hours emergency response
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and prospects
- basic proficiency with office technology
- willingness to participate in community outreach and resident events
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform administrative tasks for the leasing office including copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, organizing rent payments and other collateral materials
- assist with sales and leasing activities by conducting virtual tours, responding to online inquiries, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showing apartments
- assist with lease preparation process by generating all required lease paperwork and organizing resident lease files
- assist with move in and move out process for residents including working mandatory move-in and move-out dates
- answer incoming calls and set appointments for prospects to tour the property
- perform on-campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic
- assist with coordinating resident functions including parties, birthday cards, unit visits, and other programs to achieve resident satisfaction goals
- schedule and conduct resident visits as directed and distribute notices such as flyers, newsletters, resident surveys, and late notices
- act as an after-hours liaison between residents and property management by working a mandatory on-call schedule and responding to after-hours emergencies
- respond promptly and courteously to resident concerns and questions and take action to solve problems or communicate requests to appropriate individuals
- live onsite unless an exception is granted
