Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Texas Class C driver’s license
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Must pass physical examination
- Must have a willingness to become a Route Driver
- Ability to work early morning shifts between 2:00 am and 5:00 am
- Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy items
Job Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy cases and perform physical labor
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Desire to obtain a Class A commercial driver’s license
- Previous experience in delivery or warehouse operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
Job Duties
- Assist delivery drivers in unloading 900-1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops
- Perform local deliveries ensuring timely and accurate distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist in securing loads and verifying delivery documentation
- Support route drivers in daily logistics tasks
