Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Sales experience in any field, preference for experience in restaurant or hospitality-focused sales
- Sommelier certification or strong desire to pursue certification within a short timeframe
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts such as wine-making processes, tasting notes, and price justification in a compelling and accessible way
- Passion for fine wines and the wine industry, with a deep understanding of or desire to learn about premium wine sales
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, wine retailers, breweries, distilleries, and other hospitality-focused clients
- Present Cellar Beast Winehouse's high-end wines to prospective customers, clearly articulating the quality, craftsmanship, and value that differentiate our products from competitors
- Meet and exceed sales targets while driving brand awareness across the Greater Philadelphia, Reading, Lancaster, and Harrisburg markets
- Participate in industry events, wine tastings, and educational sessions to continually expand your wine knowledge and sales skills
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to ensure effective follow-up on sales leads
