Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 3 years of bakery production experience
- demonstrated leadership capability in a production environment
- strong understanding of bakery production timelines, quality standards, and food safety
- ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required

Job Duties
- Assign, direct, and monitor the daily work of production staff within assigned areas
- provide operational coverage and leadership when the Commissary Production Supervisor is not present
- ensure production schedules, timelines, and delivery requirements are met
- monitor staffing, workflow, and equipment utilization to maintain efficiency and output
- escalate production, quality, staffing, or safety issues as needed
- prepare and oversee the production of bakery products according to established recipes, quality standards, and production plans
- project production needs for upcoming shifts and manage daily pars
