Job Description

We are a global leader in food and beverage ingredients, committed to pioneering innovative solutions that meet changing consumer preferences. Our company operates at the forefront of the industry, providing top-quality products and ingredients to food and beverage manufacturers worldwide. With a strong presence and deep-rooted ties to the countries where our ingredients are sourced, we maintain close relationships with farmers to ensure higher quality, reliable, traceable, and transparent supply chains. Our portfolio is unique, complementary, and focuses on natural, delicious, and nutritious products that add significant value beyond basic raw materials. From cocoa and coffee to dairy, nuts, and spices, we help our customers unleash the sensory and functional attributes that allow them to create naturally good products that resonate with their target markets. Our guiding principle is to always "make it real," ensuring that our commitments and products deliver real value to people and the planet.

The role of Commercial Manager for the Leedom ingredient business is a key position within the company, reporting directly to the Business Head - Nuts. This full-time position demands an experienced professional to own the commercial execution strategy for processed almond products. As Commercial Manager, you will drive optimal sell-through by balancing supply and demand, interfacing directly with sales, customers, and operations teams. You will be responsible for managing inventory positions, aligning raw material procurement with finished goods commitments, supporting pricing strategies through margin and cost analysis, and ensuring smooth coordination between demand forecasting and manufacturing capacity.

In this role, you will engage with customers to confirm supply commitments, prioritize orders during supply constraints, and partner with operations to optimize production mix to maximize value realization. You will also oversee production planning governance and enterprise resource planning (ERP) parameters, maintaining discipline in planning and master data to guarantee reliable execution. Providing leadership to the planning team and presenting supply chain insights and risk mitigation plans at leadership forums are essential components of this job. The position requires a proactive and analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and deliver actionable insights. This role is based onsite at a facility that regularly processes tree nuts, and the candidate must be comfortable working in environments where nut allergens are present. The annual salary for this position ranges from $87,000 to $116,000, based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location within California. We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion, and provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform their essential functions.
