Job Requirements
- Twenty-five years of full-time work experience
- Ten most current years of commercial lines property and casualty insurance experience
- Ability to work from home in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection
- Proficiency in using insurance software platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Manage commercial lines client accounts with a focus on building and strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- Responsible for contract review and issuance of certificates of insurance
- Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- Review policies, binders and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Use EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management systems
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration
