Known for its innovative approach and trusted reputation, BCD M&E fosters a vibrant culture centered on people, passion, and purpose to deliver outstanding business results. Headquartered in Chicago, with operations in over 60 countries worldwide and a team exceeding 2,000 professionals, BCD M&E emphasizes sustainability and success not only for its clients but also for its employees and the company as a whole. The company's core values are deeply embedded in its operations, promoting inclusivity, high standards, and the celebration of unique perspectives from every team member. BCD M&E offers a supportive, flexible working environment where employees can thrive through a combination of meaningful work, excellent perks, and an empathetic community.
The role of Commercial & Customer Success Coordinator places you at the convergence of strategy, data analysis, and teamwork within a fast-paced, creative setting known as The Collective. This position involves helping shape key sales decisions and client projects by applying strong commercial thinking to activities such as pricing strategy, contract assistance, salesforce optimization, and detailed sales pipeline reporting. The role also requires partnering closely with senior leadership to foster business growth, improve efficiency, and achieve significant outcomes throughout the sales journey. You will be responsible for transforming large-scale objectives into implementable, scalable processes that support the end-to-end sales cycle.
Success in this role requires proficiency in turning complex data into actionable insights, especially related to pricing, forecasting, pipeline status, and performance metrics. The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative environment is critical. You will assist in various sales processes including RFP responses, proposal reviews, vendor enablement, and contract coordination. Maintaining Salesforce as a clean, effective tool is essential, which involves troubleshooting, regular reporting, documenting standard operating procedures, and conducting team training. Building and maintaining cross-functional partnerships with leaders in finance, legal, and client engagement ensures smooth project progression.
Ideal candidates might bring prior experience in creative agencies or collective business models where commercial strategy and client delivery intersect. Familiarity with contract documents such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Letters of Intent, and addendums is advantageous. Proficiency with project management and reporting tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, and Excel is beneficial, along with strong business writing, proofreading skills, and a keen eye for detail and professionalism. A proactive, solution-oriented mentality combined with high emotional intelligence will help navigate complex cross-team relationships.
This is a fully virtual position designed to operate within Central and Eastern time zones in the United States. The company’s culture encourages openness and values the input of each employee, ensuring every voice is heard and respected. BCD M&E promotes flexible working arrangements to accommodate different working styles and priorities, supporting employees to work when and where they perform best. The company invests in employee growth by offering challenges and learning opportunities that foster personal and professional development, with room to evolve and shift roles within the global organization.
The compensation range for this role in applicable US jurisdictions is between $55,000 and $65,000 annually, reflecting factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, and project budgets. Travel requirements are minimal, less than 25%, allowing for a balance between virtual work and occasional in-person engagements. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package covering healthcare, retirement plans, education support, travel and hotel discounts, and sustainability initiatives. BCD M&E also boasts a positive leadership approach focused on trust, encouragement, and ongoing support, creating a workplace where individuals can succeed and contribute meaningfully to the company’s mission.
