Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Reliability and consistency
- Ability to carry complete dishes from kitchen to table
- Experience in a high volume, high quality restaurant environment preferred
- Availability for 3-4 shifts per week
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read and write in English
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Genuine sense of hospitality
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read order tickets and memorize seating arrangements
- Familiarity with food and drink recognition
- Conversational Spanish is helpful
Job Duties
- Provide efficient and welcoming counter service for dine in and take out orders
- Collaborate with expeditor and floor staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service and kitchen pass areas
- Memorize seating patterns, table and seat numbers
- Read and process order tickets accurately
- Recognize dishes and drinks by sight to assist service
