The Collision Porter role at AutoNation is pivotal within the collision center operations, supporting the smooth and efficient workflow of vehicle repair and maintenance services. As a Collision Porter, you will be entrusted with critical tasks such as cleaning the inside and outside of vehicles to prepare them for delivery, transporting customers safely to and from desired locations, and managing the logistics of moving vehicles between intake areas, storage, sublet vendors, and customers as directed. Additionally, this role concentrates on maintaining an orderly and clean collision center environment including production and paint areas, offices, and storage facilities. Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations, particularly those related to hazardous waste disposal, is a key aspect of this position.

The role requires practical judgment and the ability to operate a variety of vehicles including those with automatic and manual transmissions. A valid driver's license is mandatory to fulfill the transportation duties effectively. This position offers exciting opportunities for career advancement within AutoNation’s collision department.
