With a nationwide network of dealerships and a highly recognized brand, AutoNation provides customers with a wide selection of new and used vehicles, flexible customer financing options, and expert maintenance and repair services. As a leader in the automotive industry, AutoNation is dedicated to empowering customers to make informed decisions tailored to their unique needs. Beyond its business operations, AutoNation takes pride in its strong commitment to social responsibility, particularly through its DRV PNK initiative, which has raised over 40 million dollars for cancer research and treatment. This underscores the company’s dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of its associates, customers, and the communities it serves.

AutoNation fosters a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture, welcoming candidates from all backgrounds who are enthusiastic about making meaningful contributions. The company values innovation, teamwork, and a purposeful approach to its work, making it a great environment for professionals seeking to grow their careers in the automotive sector.

The role of Collision Concierge at AutoNation Dealerships is a vital customer-facing position where you will address collision repair needs and coordinate services with the local AutoNation Collision Center. This role is a fantastic starting point for individuals eager to embark on a rewarding career path within the automotive industry. As a Collision Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers dealing with vehicle damage, and your ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing repair processes will directly influence the customer experience and satisfaction.

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, discussing repair options, documenting their needs and estimated repair costs, and obtaining customer approval for repairs. You will also communicate updates about repair progress, collaborate with the collision center team, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations in processing transactions. A key part of your success will be building rapport with customers to foster loyalty and generate referrals, utilizing your detailed understanding of collision repair and insurance programs.

AutoNation offers numerous career growth opportunities once you succeed as a Collision Concierge, such as advancing to positions like Collision Estimator or Service Advisor. You will also benefit from a supportive and professional environment that values your development and success.

Additionally, AutoNation provides comprehensive benefits, including competitive compensation with 401k matching, health insurance plans covering dental and vision, and maternity benefits. Associates enjoy discounts on vehicles, services, parts, and accessories, along with access to exclusive deals through unique partnering websites. The company’s passionate commitment to community involvement through initiatives like DRV PNK enriches the work environment and provides a sense of purpose beyond daily tasks.
