At Brookdale, associate well-being is paramount with programs supporting mental health, employee assistance, and early access to earned wages. The company is a firm believer in supporting veterans, transitioning military personnel, and military spouses through inclusive policies and unique initiatives, such as advancing fees for naturalization application costs for qualifying associates.
This role involves no late-night shifts, promoting a balanced lifestyle for associates.
