We are currently seeking dedicated Cold Station Cooks to join our team. This position involves preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts, as well as prepping various food components offered in the restaurant. As a Cold Station Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining the cold station's inventory by stocking the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders efficiently and correctly. You will uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety and contribute to the restaurant’s commitment to excellent food quality. The role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and timely dining experience for our guests.
