Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge
- One to three years of related work experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of food safety regulations including FDA, USDA, HACCP, OSHA, EPA
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff
