Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Comply with opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and equipment, cleaning all equipment and areas, securing doors
- Organize, stock and maintain work areas
- Enter orders into the cash register system and process customer payments
- Take orders, enter them in the MICROS system and prepare food and coffee
- Ensure appliances such as coffee machines are turned on and off at appropriate times
- Clean tables and coffee cart areas
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
- Obtain the necessary change for expected transaction levels
- Compute cash register at the end of the shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, deliver receipts and secure the cash
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Protect company information privacy and assets
- Support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- Assist the team to achieve common goals
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Move, lift, transport, push, pull and place objects under 25 pounds without assistance
- Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods or entire shifts
- Read and visually verify information in various formats
- Inspect tools, equipment or machinery for defects
- Grasp, turn and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, crawling and stooping
- Move through narrow, confined or elevated spaces
- Ascend and descend stairs and/or service ramps
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Speak clearly and professionally with others
- Answer telephone calls using proper etiquette
- Perform other reasonable work-related tasks as assigned by supervisors
