This job opening is based at The Joule, Dallas, TX, an iconic Forbes four-star boutique hotel that is a landmark within downtown Dallas. Originally built in the 1920s as the Dallas National Bank, the neo-Gothic structure has been transformed through massive renovations into a premier cultural, shopping, and dining destination that was instrumental in the renaissance of downtown Dallas. The Joule combines historical significance with a modern luxury experience, attracting discerning travelers and locals alike.
The Server role at The Joule is a pivotal position responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences characterized by refined service, expert menu knowledge, and anticipatory hospitality. This role requires grace, precision, and an in-depth understanding of luxury service standards to ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed, attentively cared for, and delighted from arrival to departure. The server acts as a direct ambassador of the hotel's elevated brand of service excellence, setting the tone for memorable hospitality experiences.
Servers at The Joule engage with guests warmly and professionally, providing polished first impressions and guiding guests through exquisite food and beverage options. They uphold rigorous standards of table service while accommodating individual dietary preferences and allergies. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
